A limited number of lifetime passes are available now, before construction, at a special deeply discounted rate of $500.  This is a great way for you to show your support for the pier and ensure that you have a lifetime of use at a very affordable price. After construction, Dare County residents will be able to buy annual passes at a discount and special annual passes will be available to rental homeowners that will allow all their renters unlimited use.

Lifetime pass price is subject to change without any notice. Only a limited number will be sold at this price. BUY NOW.  Don’t get shut out. You designate whether your purchase is placed into the Restricted Pier Fund or the Nonrestricted Pier Fund (see below).

Pier Funds

Restricted:  Monies will only be released after there is a functioning pier or during the later stages of construction when Restricted Fund monies will be released to enable completion of the pier.  If a functioning pier is not completed, monies will be returned.

Nonrestricted:  Monies will only go to pier construction but are likely to be spent relatively early in the construction process.

Amounts paid over the $500 purchase price will be contributions. (Contributions to the Restricted Pier Fund become contributions as soon as monies are released from the fund.)
